摘 要:低硫、低芳化引发的柴油润滑性问题越来越突出。以加氢处理的柴油为研究对象,通过添加不同含硫、含氧杂原子化合物,考察其对柴油润滑性的影响。结果表明:不同含硫化合物对柴油润滑性的影响不同;含氧酸性化合物是改善柴油润滑性的主要物质之一;含硫和含氧化合物混合后对改善柴油的润滑性能起到的作用是不同的。随后,在加氢处理的柴油中添加了2种抗磨剂,考察不同抗磨剂的抗磨效果,并对抗磨剂进行了红外分析。结果表明,不饱和酸的抗磨效果优于饱和酸,长链的不饱和酸优于短链的不饱和酸。Diesel fuel lubricity problems caused by low sulfur,low aromatic is more and more outstanding. Hydrogenation diesel oil was as the research object. After adding different sulfur and oxygen compounds,diesel fuel lubricity was tested. The results show that influences on different sulfur compounds for diesel lubricity are different,and the oxygen acid compounds are one of the main materials to improve diesel lubricity. The function of mixture of sulfur and oxygen compounds to improve the lubrication performance is different. Then,two kinds of anti-wear agent were added into hydrogenation diesel,and the infrared analysis was carried out on the anti-wear agent. The results show that unsaturated acid agent is better than the saturated acid and long-chain unsaturated acid is better than short chain unsaturated acid.
