摘　　要：针对当前视频隐蔽通信算法对视频质量以及码率有较大影响的问题,结合H.264/AVC编码标准,提出了一种新的视频隐蔽通信算法。算法根据离散余弦变换特点,对块依据纹理块判别准则进行判断,修改某些低频系数来进行嵌入。实验结果表明,该算法对视频质量和码率有较小影响,并具有隐写容量大、抗隐写分析较好等优点。On the basis of studying some existing video steganographic algorithms and combining with the features of the H. 264/AVC video coding standard, a new video steganographic algorithm was proposed. The algorithm firstly performs DCT on the current frame, to identifying whether it is the texture piece. Then embed secrets in DCT low frequency numbers. The experimental result shows that the proposed algorithm has little impact on the video quality and bitrate increase, it also has the advantages that anti-steganalysis and high capacity in information hiding.
