摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是目前危害养猪业的一种严重的病毒性疾病给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。本文对PRRSV的分子生物学研究进展进行了综述，主要包括PBBSV的基因组结构及病原生物学特性、病毒的非结构蛋白和结构蛋白及其功能及复制与转录等。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is a serious harm in pig virus disease to pig industry caused great economic losses.This paper reviewed them olecular biological research progression of PRRSV including the structure of genome, viralstructural and Non-structural proteinand its function, Replication and transcription, and so on.
