利用NIR技术建立普乐安片一致性比对模型的研究

摘　　要：目的:应用近红外漫反射技术建立普乐安片一致性检验模型快检方法。方法:收集普乐安片的近红外漫反射光谱,运用OPUS软件建立一致性检验模型,采用三台仪器对模型进行交叉验证,并用其它厂家生产的普乐安片进行验证。结果:模型通过仪器交叉验证,也能区分出开它厂生产的普乐安,利用该一致性检验模型能无损伤、快速、准确地判断普乐安片的真伪。结论:该方法建立的模型操作简单、快速有效,能作为普乐安片真伪鉴别的快速筛选方法。Objective： To establish the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy method to perform conformity test of Pule＇an Plan. Methods： Near-infrared spectra（MR） was used to set up the conformity test model by the OPUS software .Three instruments using cross-validation of the model, And with other manufacturers to validate the model of Pule＇an Plan. Results： Model through the instrument cross-validation, but also to distinguish it opened production plants Pule＇an Plan, the use of the consistency test model can no damage, quickly and accurately determine the authenticity of Pule＇an Plan. Conclusion： The method to establish a simple model of operation, fast and effective, able to identify the authenticity of the piece as isoniazid rapid screening methods.
