摘　　要：为检定基于IEC61850通信协议的数字化电能表,研制出一款模拟/数字双输入式数字化标准电能表。在此基础上,给出了模拟、数字输入形式的数字化电能表检定系统构建方案,探讨了这款新型数字化标准电能表的量值溯源。测试结果表明,这款新型数字化标准表能达到万分之五的测量准确度。A new analog/digital double inputs digital standard electric energy meter has been developed to test the performance of the digital electric energy meter based on IEC 61850 communication protocol.On this basis, the analog and digital inputs digital electric energy meter calibration system construction plan will be given , and the traceability of measuring value of this new type of digital standard electric energy meter will be discussed .Testing results show that the proposed type of meter will be able to achieve the accuracy by five over ten thousand .
