摘  要:电力电子变压器是一种多功能的新型智能变压器,其最大特点是体积小重量轻、能改善电能质量和具有灵活的输电方式,是建设绿色电网和数字电网的重要设备之一,目前正受到越来越多学者们的关注。首先简要阐述了电力电子变压器的发展以及研究的必要性;其次,介绍了AC/DC/AC型电力电子变压器的工作原理及其拓扑结构;然后,对电力电子变压器控制器进行了设计和仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所设计的电力电子变压器具有传统变压器所不具备的许多独特性能,且达到了较理想的效果;最后进行了总结并分析了今后电力电子变压器发展将要面临的挑战。The power electronic transformer is a new type of intelligent transformer with multiple functions .Its biggest feature is that it has a small size and light weight and it can improve power quality and has a flexible way of transmis -sion.The power electronic transformer is one of the most important equipment in the construction of green power and digital power grid , which has attracted the concern of more and more scholars .This paper first introduced the develop-ment of the power electronic transformer and the necessity of the research on it;Secondly , this paper introduced the working principles and topological structures of AC/DC/AC types of power electronic transformers;Then, the control-ler of the power electronic transformer was designed and simulated .The simulation results show that the proposed pow-er electronic transformer has many unique properties which the traditional transformer does not possess , and it has a-chieved an ideal effect.Finally, the paper summarized the research and analyzed the challenges the future develop -ment of the power electronic transformer would face .
