摘  要:叙利亚稠油油藏埋藏深度一般在500~2000m.地层特点以粗碎岩屑为主,具有砂砾岩颗粒组、分选差、泥质含量低、胶结疏松、高空隙度、高渗透等特点,其中O、T两个油田地层多易漏.针对这2个油田固井难点,设计热采井固井用低密度水泥浆体系,其API失水量低,防漏性能好,抗压强度发展快(24h,7MPa以上),水泥石致密不收缩,高温下强度不衰退,稠化时间达到固井施工的要求.固井质量电测结果:全井封固质量优质,尤其是低密度封固段,水泥石强度满足射孔及采油要求.The buried depth of heavy oil reservoir is generally 500- 2000m in Syrian. The stratum mainly characterized by coarse clas- tic rocks, including sandy conglomerate with coarse grain, poor sorting, low clay content, unconsolidated cement, high porosity, high permeability and other characteristics, especially, the stratum in both of O, T oilfields is easy to leak oil. In allusion to the diffi- culties of these oilfields cementing, low-density cement slurry sys- tem was applied in designing the thermal recovery wells cement- ing, so its API is a low loss of water, good leak-proof performance, compressive strength develop rapidly(24h, 7MPa above), cement dense does not shrink, strength does not decline in high tempera- ture, thickening time meets cementing requirements. Cementing quality measuring results shows: full-well cementing is in high- quality, especially in cementing segments with low density, ce- ments strength could meets the requirements of perforation and oil recovery.
