摘　　要：设计了一种新型的基于B/S架构的社区居民健康信息采集、管理平台。针对居民便利得到健康信息的要求,集成了OTT类通讯软件的推送服务,符合移动互联网在医疗信息应用领域的发展趋势。This paper presents a novel community health information collection and management platform based on B/S model . Innovation of this paper is that it meets the requirements of getting information easily for the residents,because it integrates OTT push services by communications software such as Wechat ,which is considered to be consistent with the trend of mobile Internet.
