摘  要:以某铜镍硫化矿床为研究对象,采用基于PFC3D数值模拟的方法,通过正交试验以及DPS数据处理软件,对矿块的可崩性进行预测,获得了崩落高度与侧压系数、拉低高度、形状系数以及水力半径的关系,并通过分析确定了水力半径这一影响矿块崩落的主要因素以及拉底的最佳形状为正方形,这些结论的取得对于该矿床自然崩落法的采矿设计提供了可靠的理论依据.This paper take a copper nickel sulfide ore block for example, using the numerical simulation based on PFC3D to predict the cavability. Through orthogonal experiment and DPS data processing software, the relationship between caving height, coefficient of horizontal pressure, undercutting height, shape coefficient and hydraulic radius is obtained. Through the analysis of those relationship, it can be drawn that hydraulic radius is the main influence factors; the best undercutting shape is square; the high coefficient of lateral pressure is not conducive to the ore block caving; the undercutting height can influence the block caving, but it's not the main influence factors. All those conclusions can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the ore block caving mining design.
