摘  要:以含硼和铌细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,通过改变不同的冷轧压下率对试验钢进行连续退火实验。采用光学显微镜和透射电镜进行显微组织观察,并用拉伸试验机进行力学性能测试,得到了不同冷轧压下率下细晶高强IF钢的显微组织和力学性能的变化规律。试验结果表明,随着冷轧压下率的升高,试验钢的晶粒尺寸变小且分布不均,屈服强度和抗拉强度有所升高,r值升高,n值降低。The simulative continuous annealing experiments were conducted on fine grain and high strength IF steel with B and Nb under the different reduction rates of cold rolling.The microstructures of test steel were observed by OM and TEM,and the mechanical properties were measured by tensile testing machine,so the variation of microstructures and mechanical properties of the fine grain high strength IF steel under different reduction rates were gained.The experiment results showed that with the increase of reduction rates,the grains refined and dispersed unevenly,the yield strength and tensile strength as well as r value increased,while the n value decreased.
