摘  要:介绍了天然橡胶(NR)与合成天然橡胶(IR)特点、分子质量差别;对比2者10%甲苯溶液的黏度;测试2者压敏粘合性能;讨论不同增粘树脂对性能的影响,NR、IR与TMTD、MDI交联反应的差异,耐光老化性能差异。研究结果表明,NR持粘性和耐热性较好,IR初粘性和剥离强度较好;对于NR和IR压敏胶都是C5石油树脂的初粘性最好,萜烯树脂的剥离强度最高;TMTD可与NR、IR反应,提高耐热性能;MDI只能与NR反应,不能与IR反应,交联反应后提高耐溶剂性能;加入防老剂都能提高NR、IR耐光老化性能。The characteristics of natural rubber(NR) polyisoprene rubber(IR), the differences of their molecular weight were introduced. The viscosities of their 10% toluene solutions were compared. The properties of their pressure sensitive adhesives were tested. The influences of different tackifiers on properties, the differences of cross linking reactions of rubbers and cross linking agents, and the differences of light ageing resistance properties were discussed. The results showed that the NR PSA had better holding power and heat resistance, and the IR PSA had better tackness and peeling strength.The C5 petroleum resin imparted the best tackness in both NRIR PSA, while the terpene resin imparted the best peeling strength. TMTD can react with both NRIR, and the heat resistance was improved. MDI can react only with NR, and the solvent resistance was improved. The light ageing resistance can be enhanced by adding anti-aging agents.
