摘  要:酚醛树脂是航空航天领域中一个重要的耐烧蚀材料。但是为了获得综合性能更优良的材料,需要对其进行改性。纳米粒子已成为增强增韧酚醛树脂的一种重要方法。本文重点介绍了纳米粒子增强增韧酚醛树脂的机理,同时对纳米碳材料(碳纳米管,石墨烯和炭黑),纳米SiO,纳米Al O,纳米TiO,纳米蒙脱2 2 3 2土对复合材料的性能的影响进行了阐述。并对纳米粒子改性酚醛树脂的发展趋势做了展望。Phenolic resins is a significant ablative materials in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. But in order to gain more excellent comprehensive performance of the phenolic materials, we need to modify them.Adding the nanoparticles has become an important method to enhance the strength and toughness of the phenolic resins. In this paper, the mechanism of reinforcing and toughening the phenolic resins with nanoparticles was introduced, and the performance of the phenolic resins modified with the carbon nanomaterials(carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon black), SiO2, Al2O3,TiO2 and montmorillonite was summarized. Finally, the development trend of nanoparticle modified phenolic resins was given.
