摘 要:位于电视制导炮弹前端的光学头罩是保证弹载摄像头免受气动热影响及成像质量的关键,其在发射过程中承受着复杂的载荷。为了计算得出光学头罩应力值的数值解,校核结构强度,确保膛内阶段稳定性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,运用大质量法,建立了光学头罩结构的动力学模型,进行了动力学仿真分析。依据动力学仿真结果,发现了结构应力集中部位,并进行了优化。仿真分析结果表明,优化后的光学头罩结构在膛内始终处于弹形变形阶段,最大等效应力小于材料的强度极限,保证了光学头罩在外界动态载荷作用下的可靠性。The optical window that located in the front of TV guided projectile is the key to ensure projec-tile-based camera from the effects of aerodynamic heat and imaging quality,it bears the complex load in the process of firing.In order to get optical window’s numerical stress value,check the structural strength,and ensure the firing process stability.Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,the dy-namic model of optical window has been established by using great mass method and then the dynamic sim-ulation analysis were worked out.According to the result of analysis,the stress concentration of the struc-ture was found and improved.The result of analysis indicates that the improved structure has always been in the stage of elastic deformation during the firing process,and its maximum stress is less than the ultimate strength of material,which guaranteed the reliability of the optical window under the dynamic loading.
