摘  要:韶钢宽板坯连铸机生产的铸坯内部存在中心偏析、中心疏松的质量问题,为了提高铸坯内部质量,通过射钉实验找到板坯凝固末端的位置,再对板坯凝固末端的压下参数进行优化.实施后,优于中心偏析B1.0、中心疏松1.0、中间裂纹0.5的等级比例由45%达到80%以上;同时探伤合格率也明显提高,从实施前的80%左右提高到98%以上,铸坯内部质量得到明显改善.There are some quality problems existing in the slabs produced with wide slab caster in SISG, such as center segregation and center porosity. In order to improve the slab quality, some experiments were carried out. The pin - shooting was carried out to find the position of solidification end firstly, and then the reduction parameters of solidification end were optimized. The proportion of slabs that the central segregation grade is better than B1. O, center porosity grade is better than 1.0 and middle crack grade is better than O. 5 has been raised from 45%to more than 80%. At the same time, the inspec- tion pass rate has been improved greatly, which has been raised from 80%to more than 98 %stably. As a result, the internal quality of the slabs has been improved significantly.
