摘　　要：通过对Consteel电炉散装料系统进行改造,使电炉与精炼炉合用一套散装料系统,满足供料节奏和生产要求,同时对渣料和合金料的消耗进行统计,优化PLC控制系统,降低炼钢成本.By reconstructing the bulk material feeding system, it makes the system can be shared by the EAF and the LF, which meets the requirement for feeding materials for both the EAF and the LF. And at the same time, statistics of the con- sumption of slag and alloy materials is made, the PLC control system is optimized, and the cost of steel - making is re- duced.
