摘　　要：韶钢3号高炉第四代炉龄于2011年3月30大修投产以来,通过不断探索和完善高炉富氧喷煤操作技术,在外部原燃料条件相对较差的情况下,不断提高炉内操作技术,优化高炉操作制度,根据冶炼强度合理调节富氧喷煤,加强喷煤系统管理和炉外出铁管理,杜绝工艺事故,实现全年平均喷煤比151kg/t,创造了韶钢喷煤比最高记录.Since the fourth generation of 3# blast furnace campaign was put into use on March 30, 2011, by continuously exploring and improving the blast furnace operation technology of coal injection with oxygen enriched, the furnace technolo- gy has been improved and the blast furnace operation system has been optimized under the external raw fuel conditions that are relatively poor. By PCI being adjusted according to the smelting intensity, strengthening the coal injection system man- agement and iron tapping management, process accident problems have been rejected, achieved the annual average coal in- jection ratio of 151kg/t, created the coal ratio record for SISG, and reduced the production costs.
