摘  要:针对日照钢铁有限公司第二炼钢厂5 ~ 10号板坯连铸机中间包塞棒断裂的问题,对不同耐材厂家断裂塞棒的数据进行整理分析,并从钢水成分、中间包塞棒的理化指标、制作工艺、烘烤过程等方面做详细调查,提出相应的优化方案及控制措施,重点对塞棒头部的尺寸进行重新设计,对塞棒头材质进行优化调整,使塞棒断裂事故得到控制,降低事故率.For the stopper rod fracture problems existed in 7# ~ 9# slab continuous caster tundishes of Second Steelmaking Plan in Rizhao Iron and Steel Co. , the stopper fracture data of different refractory manufacturers were analyzed. A detailed investigation has been conducted on the steel composition, physicochemical index of the stopper, manufacture process, and baking process. And the corresponding optimization scheme and control measures have been put forward, key size on the stopper head has been redesigned, the stopper materials have been optimized, the stopper fracture accident has been under control, which reduce the accident rate.
