摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定丹栀逍遥片中栀子苷的方法。方法色谱柱：SYNCRONIS AQ（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（15∶85,v/v）,柱温为室温,流速：1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷对照品在0.117-0.780μg的范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（R=0.9998）;平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD为：0.82%（n=6）。结论本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于丹栀逍遥片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Danzhixiaoyao Tablets. METHODS The determination was performed by HPLC using a SYNCRONIS AQ（ 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm） column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（ 15 ∶ 85,v /v） at a flow rate of1. 0mL·min- 1. The UV detection was set at 283 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of Geniposide was in good linearity over the range of 0. 117 - 0. 780μg（ R = 0. 9998） and the average recovery was 99. 84%（ RSD = 0. 82%,n= 6）. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and it could be used for the quality control of Danzhixiaoyao Tablets.
