HPLC法测定板蓝根提取物中(R,S)-告依春的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根提取物中（R,S）-告依春的含量。方法色谱柱为Inersil ODS-3 C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液（20∶80）,检测波长为254nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果 （R,S）-告依春在0.0336-0.6725μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1.0000）。平均加样回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.1%（n=6）。结论所建立方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于板蓝根提取物的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of（ R,S）-goitrin in isatis extract by HPLC. METHODS The sample was separated on the Inersil ODS-3 C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm）,by using methanol-0. 02% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0mL·min- 1and at 35℃. The detection wavelength was 245 nm. RESULTS The linear range of（ R,S）-goitrin was 0. 0336 - 0. 6725μg（ r = 1. 0000）. The average recovery was 102. 3% and RSD was 1. 2%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable with accurate results,which can be used to control the quality for Isatis extract.
