心脉疏膏穴位贴敷治疗胸痹心痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察心脉疏膏穴位贴敷对胸痹心痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组采用常规用药和空白贴,治疗组采用常规用药和心脉疏膏穴位贴敷,30天一疗程,治疗30天后观察两组临床疗效、心电图等变化。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率85.0%,心电图疗效总有效率72.5%,均优与对照组(P<0.05),且未发现明显毒副反应。结论:心脉疏膏穴位贴敷治疗胸痹心痛是一种有效途径。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xin Maishu pastes on pectoral stuffiness pain with coro-nary heart disease.Methods：All the 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to“Random-ized Number Scale”：40 patients in the treatment group were administered with conventional medication and Xin Maishu pastes; 40 patients in the control group were administered with conventional medication and blank pastes.All patients were treated for 30 days.The changes of clinical efficacy and ECG before and after treat-ment were detected respectively to evaluate the therapeutic effects.Results：In the treatment group the total effi-ciency was 85 .0%, and ECG improvement rate was 72 .5%, which was significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and there was no obrious toxicity that was found.Conclusion：Xin Maishu pastes can be used to treat pectoral stuffiness pain with coronary heart disease safely and effectively.
