摘 要:利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对液氨整理前后纤维的外观形态和结晶情况进行了表征,并测试了织物的拉伸性能、芯吸性能、缩水率、悬垂性、折皱性、光泽度、透气性和回潮率等服用性能.结果表明,液氨整理使棉纤维的天然转曲减少,纵向顺直,部分结晶区转化成无定形区,结晶度下降;织物的断裂强力增加,断裂伸长率降低,芯吸能力提高,光泽度增大,缩水率降低,抗折皱性能提高,悬垂性略有提高,透气性能提高,回潮率增加.The morphology and crystallinity of fibers before and after treated by liquid ammonia were sep- arately characterized by the scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The tensile property, wicking property, water shrinkage, drape, creasability, gloss, air permeability and moisture regain were measured. The experimental results indicated that the natural curvature of cotton fiber treated by liquid ammonia reduced and the fibers became straight in the longitudinal direction. Part of the crystalline region inner the fiber was trans- formed into amorphous region and the crystallinity of the fibers decreased. The breaking strength, wicking property, gloss, wrinkle resistant property, air permeability and moisture regain of cotton fabric increased. The fabric drapability increased slightly. The breaking elongation and washina shrinkaae decreased.
