环氧季铵盐在棉/毛混纺织物一浴法染色中的应用

摘　　要：使用阳离子改性剂环氧季铵盐(3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵)对棉纤维进行改性后再和毛纤维进行一浴法染色,2种纤维的ΔK/S值低于0.5,维持在0.25左右,同色性良好。棉纤维最佳阳离子改性工艺:改性剂用量60 g/L,NaOH用量20 g/L,改性温度70℃,改性时间60 min,浴比1︰50。Cotton fiber was modified by epoxy quaternary ammonium salt cationic modification agent（3- chloro-2-hydroxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride） which is blended with wool fiber and then dyed in the same acid dye bath. The ΔK/S lower than 0.5, and control around 0.25, which can ensure the fibers obtain good homo-chromaticity. The optimal modification process is as follows ： modification agent 60 g/L, NaOH 20 g/L, modification temperature 70 ℃ for 60 min, the modification bath ratio 1 ︰50.
