茶碱缓释片治疗缓慢性心律失常

摘　　要：目的观察茶碱缓释片治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将88例缓慢性心律失常患者中的45例,给予口服茶碱缓释片100 mg,每日3次;43例口服654-2片10 mg,每日3次。疗程25~30 d。观察治疗前后临床症状以及心电图、心率的变化。结果治疗组治疗后临床疗效总有效率88.9%,平均心率、最快心率、最慢心率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论茶碱缓释片治疗缓慢性心律失常有效、安全。To evaluate the effect of theophyline sustained release tables in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. Metlmds A total of 88 cases of bradyarrhythmia were divided into two groups： 45 patients were treated with oral theqghyline sustained release tables, 100 nag, three times a day as an experiment group, and 43 cases were treated with oral 654-2 tables, 10ng, three times a day as a control group. The two groups were treated with a course of 25-30 days. The clinical symptoms and changes of el^-crm^ogram and the heart rate were observed before and after the treatment in both groups. Results Mter the treatment, the clinical efficiency was 88.9% in the experiment group. Camapared with the control group, the average heart rate, and the fastest and slowest heart rates significantly improved in the experiment group （P〈 0.01）. Conciusions Theophyline sustained release tables in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia is effective and safe.
