摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧配合耳区穴位按摩治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为突发性耳聋的101例住院患者随机分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组51例,对照组50例。对照组采用常规疗法(药物和高压氧治疗),观察组在常规疗法的基础上加用中医耳区穴位按摩治疗,观察比较两组的疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为98.28%,对照组为86.79%,两者比较有显著性差异;耳鸣缓解率观察组为94.83%,对照组为83.01%,两者比较有显著性差异。结论:中医耳区穴位按摩对治疗突发性耳聋有独特疗效,并能明显减轻耳鸣症状,可用于临床突发性耳聋的治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM Massage Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods ： The sudden deafness in 101 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into experimental group and con- trol group, 51 cases in experimental group, 50 cases in the control group, the control group with conventional therapy （drug and hyper- baric oxygen therapy）, the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy plus Chinese auricular acupoint massage in the treatment. To observe the effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.28% and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.79%, there was significant difference between the two groups; tinnitus relief rate was 94. 83% and 83.01% in the experimental group and control group and had significant difference. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage ear region has unique curative effect on the treatment of sudden deafness, and can significantly re- duce the symptoms of tinnitus, can be used for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.
