摘 要:目的:研究葛根的最佳提取工艺。方法:对葛根饮片提取方法进行单因素考察,以干浸膏得率、黄酮总得率、葛根素含量作为考察指标优选提取方法;再运用L16(45)正交设计表优化葛根提取工艺。结果:以水提连续回流效果最佳,葛根提取最佳工艺为:8倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:结合实际生产,采用本法可降低成本、提高葛根得率。Objective: To study the optimum extraction technology of Pueraria. Methods: Taking the single factor extraction method, choosing dry extraction rate, total yield of flavonoids, content of puerarin extraction as the indexes to optimize extraction method; Ac- cording to the results, using E16 (4^5) orthogonal design table to optimize extracting process. Results: The water extraction and continu- ous reflux was the best, Pueraria extracting optimum process as follows: 8 times the amount of water, extracted two times, each for 1.5 hours. Conclusion : combined with the actual production, the use of this law could reduce costs and improve the yield of Pueraria.
