折光率方法检测小儿清热止咳分散片提取液的研究

摘　　要：目的:用折光率的方法检测小儿清热止咳分散片提取液的可行性与实用性。方法:分别测定小儿清热分散片提取液同一样本过滤前后的相对密度与折光率,依据测定结果,经统计分析两组测定方法的差异。结果:小儿清热止咳分散片提取液的折光率与相对密度具有显著的线性关系,且折光率方法,结果的重现性好,用量少,操作快捷简便。结论:用检测折光率的方法,能快速检测小儿清热止咳分散片中决定其浓度的浸出物含量,有利于小儿清热止咳分散片提取工艺质量控制。Objective：To study the feasibility and practicality of using the method of refractive index to detect the extract of Xiaoer Qingre Zhike dispersible tablet. Method： By determining the relative density and refractive index of extract of xiaoerqingrezhike dispersible tab- let, according to statistical analysis of the measurement resuhs to distinguish the differences between the two groups. Results： Between the relative density and refractive index had a significant linear relationship, and the refractive index method possessed good reproduc- ibility, less sample and operation easily. Conclusion： The method of detecting the refractive index can quickly detect the concentration of the extract of Xiaoer Qingre Zhike dispersible tablet, which can favor to control the extraction process.
