摘  要:研究了高温和低温工作环境及贮存环境对环氧基浮力材料性能的影响,发现浮力材料在-30℃工作环境下的单轴压缩强度为21.45 MPa;室温为19.73 MPa;65℃为15.36 MPa。浮力材料在-30℃的工作环境下的剪切强度为11.51 MPa;室温为11.17 MPa;65℃为9.08 MPa。浮力材料在-45℃的贮存环境下的单轴压缩强度为19.18 MPa;室温为19.86 MPa;70℃为18.87 MPa。结果表明,浮力材料力学性能随着使用温度的升高稍有下降,不受贮存温度的影响。The effect on the mechanical properties of epoxy solid buoyancy materials (SBM) was studied in the high and low-temperature working and storage environment.The results showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of SBM was 21.45 MPa under-30 ℃ working environment,19.73 MPa under room temperature working environment,15.36 MPa under 65℃ working environment.The shear strength of SBM was 11.51 MPa under-30 ℃ working environment,11.17 MPa under room temperature working environment,9.08 MPa under 65 ℃ working environment.The uniaxial compressive strength of SBM was 19.18 MPa under-45 ℃ storage condition,19.86 MPa under room temperature storage condition,18.87 MPa under 70 ℃ storage condition.The results indicated that the mechanical properties of SBM declined slightly with the working temperature rising,and remained unchanged as the change of storage temperature.
