摘 要:将Mg(OH)2用硬脂酸进行表面改性后,利用熔融共混法制备Mg(OH)2/聚丙烯(PP)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,并在复合材料制备过程中添加少量乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)。研究了EVA含量对复合材料性能的影响,采用综合热分析仪及扫描电子显微镜分析了复合材料热性能和微观形貌。结果表明,EVA添加5%时,复合材料冲击强度达到52.4 kJ/m2,熔体质量流动速率达到2.90 g/10min,且熔体流动活化能降低到30.94 kJ/mol,复合材料的热稳定性得到提高。The surface of the magnesium hydrate was modified by stearic acid.The composite materials of Mg(OH)2/PP/HDPE were prepared by melt blending.A small amount of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)was added during the preparation of composites.The effects of the amount of EVA on the properties of the composites materials were studied.The composite materials thermal properties and microstructure were analyzed by comprehensive thermal analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that,when the content of EVA was 5%,the impact strength of the composite reached 52.4 kJ/m^2,the melt flow rate reached 2.90 g/10min,and the melt flow activation energy reduced to 30.94 kJ/mol.The thermal stability of the composite materials was improved.
