摘  要:花椒叶霉病是陕西省新近出现的一种引起花椒严重落叶的病害,其病原菌鉴定为花椒假尾孢Pseudocercospora zanthoxyli(Cooke)Guo&Liu。生物学特性试验结果表明:花椒叶霉病菌的生长以PPDA培养基最佳,其次是PDA培养基,碳源以甘露糖最佳,氮源以蛋白胨为适宜;最适生长温度为25℃;病菌菌落在pH 5-6条件下生长良好;光照对菌落生长影响不大。室内药剂筛选显示,戊唑醇的抑菌效果最好(EC50为0.0471 mg/L),代森锰锌和甲基托布津次之(EC50依次为3.064,4.414mg/L)。The prickly-ash leaf mold was a kind of disease causing prickly-ash defoliation,which occurred recently in Shaanxi Province and the pathogen was identified as Pseudocercospora zanthoxyli( Cooke)Guo Liu. The tests on the biological characteristics of P. zanthoxyli showed that the growth of the pathogenic fungus was best in PPDA medium and that in the PDA medium was the next,mannose was the best carbon source and peptone was the appropriate nitrogen source; the optimum temperature for pathogen growth was 25 ℃,The pathogen colonies favored growth condition with a little acid( pH 5 ~6) and illumination had little effect on its growth. Fungicide screening test proved that the inhibiting effect of tebuconazole was the best with the EC50 vaule of 0. 0471 mg /L,followed by that of mancozeb and thiophanate methyl with the EC50 vaules of 3. 064 mg /L and 4. 414 mg /L,respectively.
