摘  要:大庆油田三元复合驱驱替对象已经逐步转向二、三类油藏,采用笼统注入方式导致油藏动用程度不均,影响三元复合驱的开发效果。在此基础上优化设计低渗透层分子量调节器,利用控制变量法分别改变喷嘴收缩段角度、圆柱段长度、扩散段角度、喷嘴扩散角度并建立模型。应用Fluent软件模拟模型流场特性,得到低压降、高黏损的模型。数值模拟与对比分析表明:收缩角度为30°的模型在同等压降下黏损率相对较大,满足现场需求,为分子量调节器结构优化提供了理论依据。Daqing Oilfield ASP flooding drive target gradually change to the second and third reser-voir.The general injection leads to uneven producing degree and seriously affects the developing. On this basis,the molecular weight is optimized and designed,and change the nozzle angle of dif-fuser section,cylinder length,diffuser angle,nozzle angle to establish models using the method of control variables.These models flow field characteristics are simulated by using Fluent software, and finally find some low pressure drop and high stick loss rate models.Through analyzing and contrasting large of models,it is found that shrinkage angle is 30 degree models under the same pressure drop condition the stick loss rate relativity high.These models are suitable for the play field requirements and provide theoretical basis for the molecular weight regulator structure opti-mization.
