摘  要:钻井泵的发展趋势为大功率、大排量、高泵压和轻量化,对可靠性的要求不断提高,缸数由双缸到三缸再到多缸,有增加的趋势。介绍了近年来大功率钻井泵的技术新发展。与三缸泵比较,五缸泵具有排量与压力波动小、运行平稳、易损件寿命长等优点;曲柄轴、剖分式滚动轴承、十字头与拉杆之间的球铰连接等新型结构,在提升钻井泵可靠性、稳定性和轻量化方面效果明显。It is a developing tendency for drilling pumps:high power,high delivery capacity,high pumping pressure and light weighting.It requires an ever increasing reliability as a whole.The number of hydraulic cylinders,form two,three to five,has an increasing tendency.Some new de-velopments of technology about drilling pumps in recent years are introduced in this paper.Com-pared with triplex drilling pumps,the quintuple drilling pumps has many advantages:minor undu-lation of flux and pressure,smooth and stable running,and long life of replacement parts.Such new structures as crank axle,split bearing,ball pivot joint between the crosshead with the rod, have obvious effect in prompting the level of reliability,stability and light weighting.
