摘　　要：通过对国外旋转防喷器锁紧机构的研究,从中发现不足之处;研制了新型的锁块式锁紧装置。该装置采用液控操作,由活塞带动嵌在壳体上的锁块完成锁紧和解锁功能,且具有显示机构和机械锁紧功能。克服了现有锁紧机构外形庞大、费时费力的缺点。厂内试验及现场应用表明:该机构结构合理,操作方便,能可靠地锁紧和解锁。Through lock device research of foreign rotating blowout preventers,lacks are discov-ered.The new latch lock device is developed.The device is operated by hydraulic motor,Locking and unlocking are completed by piston leading inbuilt latch in shell.The device has vision assem-bly and locking mechanically.The device has not lacks,for example larger figure,stronger labor and longer time.Factory test and field employment are carried out.The results show that the con-figuration is reasonable,the operation convenient,locking and unlocking are reliable.
