摘　　要：比较了激光手术与常规手术方法的过程,结果表明,无论在临床过程和治疗方面,激光手术显示了令人满意的结果。然而避免手术并发症是非常重要的,如像切口的感染、出血、血管和神经的损失。A comparison of the effect of the laser operation and routine operative method was made. Result show that it yield sati- sfactory results by the CO2 or Nd: YAG laser on the clinical processes,treatment. But it is very important to avoid operative complications as the infection of incision, hemorrhage, vessel and nerve injury.
