摘 要:以混合丙烯酸酯为共聚单体,枫香树脂为增粘剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合法制备枫香树脂-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究枫香树脂用量对单体转化率、凝胶率、玻璃化转变温度、热稳定性以及压敏胶(PSA)粘接性能的影响。结果表明,在枫香树脂一定的质量分数范围内,随着枫香树脂用量的增加,分子量、凝胶率、热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度随之增加。枫香树脂的适宜用量为质量分数10.0%,此时压敏胶的初粘力为16#,180°剥离强度为10.12 N·25 mm-1。Chinese Sweetgum Resin/acrylate composite emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsification semi-continual emulsion poly-merization with mixed acrylic ester as monomer ,Chinese Sweetgum Resin as tackifying resin ,ammonium persulfate ( APS) as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10)as emulsifier.The effects of amount of Chinese Sweet-gum Resin on the conversion of monomer ,the gel rate,glass transition temperature,thermal stability and the bonding performance of PSA;The results showed that within the scope of the mass fraction of Chinese Sweetgum Resin ,with the increase of Chinese Sweet-gum Resincontent ,molecular weight and gel rate ,thermal stability ,glass transition temperature increased.And the pressure sensitive adhesive was obtained and its probe tack was 16#,peel strength was 10.12 N· 25 mm-1 ,when mass fraction of Chinese Sweetgum Resin was 10%wt.
