摘  要:目的:研究cAMP受体蛋白(cAMP receptor protein,crp)对肺炎克雷伯菌生物学特性的影响。方法:通过细菌生长特性、荚膜染色、超黏性试验和离心试验观察肺炎克雷伯菌crp缺失株体外生物学特性的改变。结果:肺炎克雷伯菌crp缺失株生长菌落较小,生长速度较慢,细菌形态由杆状变为圆形,离心不易沉淀于Ep管底部。结论:crp调控子可能会影响肺炎克雷伯菌的生长、细菌形态和荚膜含量等生物学特性。该研究为肺炎克雷伯菌crp基因功能进一步研究提供了依据。Objective To study the effect of cAMP receptor protein( crp) on biological characteristics of Klebsiella Pneumoniae. Methods The biological characteristics of Klebsiella Pneumoniae crp missing strains was observed through the experiment of bacterial growth,capsule staining,super viscosity test and centrifugal test in vitro. Results The colonies of Klebsiella pneumoniae crp missing strains was less,the growth was became slower,the bacterial form was changed from rod shape to round,the strains was difficult to sediment at the bottom of Ep tube. Conclusion The gene regulator crp can affect the growth,morphology,capsule content of klebsiella pneumoniae,which provides the basis for further research on the crp gene function of klebsiella pneumonia.
