铬盐发展方向——开发铬盐新产品、新用途

摘　　要：介绍了近20 a国内外铬盐行业发展情况,针对现阶段国内铬盐生产存在的问题,提出铬盐厂应在基本保持供需平衡的前提下,开发新工艺、新技术,试制新产品和开发老产品的新用途。重点综述了3方面内容:一是,扩大老产品应用范围(包括利用六价铬生产氧化产物;开拓铬酸酐的应用范围等);二是,铬化合物老产品的新品种(易溶氢氧化铬、易溶碳酸铬等);三是,铬化合物新产品(具有生物活性的有机铬化合物;亚铬酸钠;铬酸铜、碱式铬酸铜、亚铬酸铜等)。为以后铬盐行业的发展指明了方向。Development status of chromium industry in China and abroad in the near 20 years was introduced.According to the problems in chromium salt production in China at present, it＇s suggested that new processes, new techniques, and new products should be developed and new applications of current products should be explored by the chromium enterprises on the premise of keeping the basic balance of supply and demand.The overview mainly included 3 aspects ： 1 ）To expand the application scope of current products （including producing oxidation products by using hexavalent chromiums and expanding the application scope of chromic anhydride etc. ） ;2） To develop new species for current chromic compounds （fairly soluble chromium hydroxide and fairly soluble chromium carbonate etc. ） ;3 ）To develop new chromic compounds （bioactive organic chromic compounds, sodium chromite, copper chromate, basic copper chromate, and copper chromite etc. ） .The direction for the chromium industry development was pointed out.
