摘  要:赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中排出的固体废渣,随着铝工业的发展,如何有效地综合利用赤泥已迫在眉睫。对贵州铝厂拜耳赤泥物理特性、化学成分、矿物组成进行了研究。并从建筑材料整体利用、提取有价元素、环境材料3个方面系统地分析了国内外赤泥利用方面的研究进展,在此基础上,重点分析了贵州铝厂拜耳赤泥综合利用的技术难点和限制因子。最后,针对贵州铝厂拜耳赤泥的物化特性,深入探讨对其综合利用的理想模式,并提出了具体的工艺技术流程。Red mud is a solid residue discharged from the production process of alumina.With the rapid development of alumina industry, it is rather urgent to comprehensive utilize it effectively.The physical properties, chemical composition, and mineral constituent of red mud from bayer process in Guizhou Aluminum Works were studied.And the research progress of red mud utilization in China and abroad was analyzed in detail from three aspects,i,e, overall employment of red mud in building materials,extraction of valuable elements,and environment-friendly materials.On the basis of that,the technical difficulties and limiting factors of comprehensive utilization of red mud from bayer process in Guizhou Aluminum Works were analyzed in detail.At the end,according to the physicochemical characteristics of red mud from bayer process in Guizhou Aluminum Works, the ideal mode of comprehensive utilization of red mud was discussed, and a new technology of compre- hensively and high-efficiently reusing red mud was proposed.
