摘  要:在双定子马达研究的基础上,设计出新型结构的力平衡型双定子轴向柱塞马达.通过对其结构和原理的介绍,计算出该新型液压马达的理论排量.为进一步了解这种液压马达的工作性能,通过计算马达的瞬时转矩,分析了奇数柱塞数和偶数柱塞数对马达输出转矩脉动不均匀性的影响,得出柱塞数与马达转矩不均匀系数的关系式.结果表明:马达柱塞数目为奇数时的转矩脉动比偶数时的转矩脉动更好,而且马达瞬时转矩脉动随柱塞数目的增加呈递减状态.Based on the development of the double-stator motor,a novel force balanced doublestator axial piston motor was designed.Analyzing its structure and working principle,the theoretical displacement of the new type motor was calculated.In order to get the performance of the hydraulic motor,the influence of torque pulsation between odd number and even number of slider was studied through the calculation of instantaneous torque of the motor,the relationship between the uniformity coefficient and the number of piston was also obtained.The result shows that torque ripple is more smooth in odd number piston than in even number,and the instantaneous torque ripple of the motor decreases with the number of piston increases.
