氦氖激光治疗肛周感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氦氖激光联合肛周暴露疗法、保持清洁干燥、涂擦抗生素软膏治疗肛周感染的疗效和安全性。方法:将80例白血病患儿化疗后肛周感染患者随机分为试验组与对照组各40例。对照组给予全身使用抗生素、暴露疗法、肛周局部保持清洁干燥、局部途擦抗生素软膏(常规治疗),试验组例患儿在同对照组治疗方法同时加用氦氖激光局部照射治疗,治疗时间均为7天,两组均治疗2个疗程,观察两组治疗后疗效恢复情况,并将结果进行统计学比较。结果:试验组和对照组的总有效率分别是97.5%和72.5%,有极显著差(p<0.01);患儿肛周红肿消退时间、皮肤完整性恢复时间、肛周疼痛恢复时间等方面试验组显著短于对照组(P﹤0.05)结论:氦氖激光联合全身使用抗生素、肛周暴露疗法、保持清洁干燥、涂擦抗生素软膏治疗肛周感染见效快.无疼痛、易操作、有效率高,在临床上值得推广。Objective：To observe the safety and efficacy of the He-Ne laser therapy combined with traditional therapy such as perianal exposure, clean keeping and Neosporin rubbing. Method：80 patients with perianal infection were divided into trial group and control group randomly and 40 patients were included in each group. Control group of patients were treated with traditional therapy with perianal exposure, clean keeping and Neosporin rubbing while the treatment for trial group combined with He-Ne laser therapy. The recovery of perianal skin were observed during the two-course treatment in 7 days and the results were compared with statistical analysis. Result：The total efficacy of trial and control group was 97.5%and 72.5%respectively and this difference was statistically extremely signifi-cant （p〈0.01）. Time of swelling subsiding, skin integrity recovery and pain relieve of anal skin was significantly short in patients in trial group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional therapy combined with He-Ne laser treatment was ef-ficiency, painless and easy to operate which made this combined therapy worth promoting in anal infection treatment.
