摘  要:试验选用150只1日龄科宝肉鸡,研究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对热应激环境下(36±2)℃肉鸡胸肌肉品质、抗氧化功能和能量代谢的影响。将肉鸡随机分为3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。日粮处理组分别为空白对照组(基础日粮)、热应激组(基础日粮)、Arg组(基础日粮+0.5%Arg)。试验期为5周(1~35日龄)。结果表明:日粮中添加0.5%Arg显著降低了热应激肉鸡饲料增重比(P〈0.05)和胸肌24 h的滴水损失(P〈0.05)及死亡率,提高了热应激肉鸡血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和胸肌CAT、GSH-Px的活性(P〈0.05),并显著提高了热应激肉鸡胸肌三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、腺苷酸池(TAN)的含量及能荷(EC)值(P〈0.05)。这表明Arg可以降低热应激肉鸡胸肌的滴水损失,可能与Arg提高胸肌的抗氧化能力和改善胸肌的能量代谢有关。One hundred and fifty Cobb broilers at the age of 1 day were randomly divided into four groups(control,heat-stress, Arg). Each group with five replicates and 10 chickens was considered as one replicate. Broilers in control and heat-stress groups were fed the basal diet, whereas broilers in Arg groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% L-arginine(Arg). The experiment lasted for 5 weeks. Diet supplemented with 0.5% Arg elevated(P〈0.05)the activities of serum(catalase, superoxidase, and glutathione peroxidase) and breast muscle(catalase glutathione peroxidase), levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP), adenosine diphosphate(ADP), total adenine nucleotide(TAN),and energy charge(EC) in breast muscle, but reduced(P〈0.05) the muscle drip loss of heat-stressed broilers, the ratio of feed to gain, and mortality. These results suggested that diet supplementation of 0.5% Arg reduced the drip lossof breast muscle of heat-stressed broilers may be due to the increased antioxidant capacity and preserve denergy metabolism.
