摘 要:为了解决普通单相本质安全型开关电源不能同时兼顾电气性能和本质安全(简称本安)性能的矛盾,本文将交错并联磁集成理论引入到本安型开关变换器中,以交错并联磁集成Boost变换器为例,分析其输出本安特性以及内部本安特性,得出其输出本安判据以及内部本安判据;并与普通单相Boost变换器在满足电气性能/本安性能的条件下,比较其本安性能/电气性能,得出交错并联磁集成Boost变换器能够有效提高变换器的电气性能以及本安性能的结论。最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。In order to solve the problem that traditional single-channel intrinsic safety switching converter can not satisfy the electrical characteristics and the intrinsic safety characteristics at the same time , the interleaving magnet-ic integrated theory is introduced into the intrinsic safety switching converter in this paper .Take the interleaving magnetic integrated Boost converter as an example , by analyzing the output intrinsic safety characteristics and the inner-intrinsic safety characteristics of the converter , the output intrinsic safety criterion and the inner-intrinsic safe-ty criterion can be obtained .Comparing its intrinsic safety characteristics and the electrical characteristics with the traditional single-channel Boost converter under the condition of meeting the requirements of the electrical charac-teristics and the intrinsic safety characteristics , it concludes that the interleaving magnetic integrated Boost convert-er can improve the electrical characteristics and the intrinsic safety characteristics effectively .Finally , the theory is verified by the experimental results .
