摘 要:以三坐标加工单元立柱为对象,应用Pro/E软件建立立柱的三维模型,通过有限元ANSYS软件仿真分析研究加强筋的布置方式对立柱动态性能的影响。首先分析立柱结构提取典型的元结构单元,然后对元结构进行优化设计,提出米字型、星字型、X字型、十字型四种改进方案,对改进方案进行模态对比分析,得出不同尺寸大小下的最优元结构类型。最后以立柱的一阶固有频率为优化目标,以优选的十字型元结构对立柱进行重新设计,在不明显改变原结构的情况下,其一阶固有频率提高了5.45%,动态特性得到了明显的改善。Taking the three coordinator processing center column as the research object, the Three-dimen-sional model of the column was established using Pro/E. The finite element analysis software and ANSYS simulation technology are used to research on the arrangement of ribs impacting on the dynamic performance of the column. First of all ,according to the structure analysis of the column extracting the typical unit struc-ture ,and then the unit structure is implemented by optimization design,putting forward four improvement schemes, such as“mi” structure rib,“star” structure rib,“X” structure rib,“cross” structure rib, and the improved schemes were conducted of the modal analysis, getting the optimal unit structure type under differ-ent size shapes. At last taking the first natural frequency of the column as the optimized object,according to the optimal“cross” unit structure,the column was reconstruction designed,without significantly changing the original structure, the first natural frequency improved by 5. 45% and the dynamic characteristics of column obviously improved .
