摘  要:该文选择三苯胺为电子给体,氰基乙酸为电子受体,分别以烷基取代单噻吩(烷基链分别为H、CH3、C4H9、C6H13、C8H17)为π-共轭桥链,合成了D—x系列5种有机染料敏化剂。考察了烷基链的引入及其长短对染料敏化剂光物理、电化学和光伏等性能的影响。结果表明,引入烷基侧链的D-2~D-5,紫外可见光谱(uV—vis)发生蓝移;随着烷基链的延长,光生电流密度(JsC)减小,开路电压(VoC)和填充因子(FF)呈增大趋势;甲基取代的染料D-2获得最高光电转换效率5.64%。Five organic dyes of D-x series containing triphenytamine (TPA) moieties as electron donors and cyanoacrylic acid moieties as electron acceptors were synthesized with alkyl thiophene (The alkyl chain was H, CH3, C4H9, C6H13, and C8H17 respectively) as π-conjugated linker. The effects of the introduction of the alkyl chains and the length of the alkyl chains on the photo-physical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties of the dyes were studied. The results indicate that the UV-Vis absorption spectra of D-2 - D-5 dyes appeared to be blue shift, the short-circuit photocurrent density (Jsc) decreased gradually, and open-circuit photovoltage (Voc) and fill factor (FF) were increased with prolonging the chains. Photovoltaic performance shows that PCE of D-2 with methyl substituent (5.64%) is slightly higher than that of the other dyes.
