摘  要:在铂催化下,将含氢硅油(PHMS)和烯丙基聚醚(APE)进行硅氢化加成反应,合成了聚醚改性硅油(PESO),并用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行了结构表征。以聚醚改性硅油、自制硅膏、液体石蜡为原料,并配加复合型乳化剂S和其他助剂,以机械乳化法制得聚醚有机硅消泡剂(XP)。结果表明,在乳化水温为70℃、乳化时间为40 min的条件下所制备的消泡剂XP具有水分散性好、快速消泡和持久抑泡的效果,XP的消泡时间为5 s,抑泡时间达60 min。且所制的消泡剂在100℃高温和pH=14的强碱条件下消泡时间约为6 s,抑泡时间约为50 min。Polyether modified silicone oil(PESO) was hydrosilytated from hydrogen-containing silicone (PHMS) and allyl polyether(APE) in the presence of Pt catalyst, and the structure of the product was investigated by IR. With polyether modified silicone oil, self-made silicone paste and liquid paraffin as raw materials, together with the compound defoamer was successfully prepared through emulsifier S and other additives, polyether organosilicone mechanical emulsification. The results show that the defoamer compounded under the conditions of emulsification temperature 70 ℃ and emulsification time 40 min was characterized by better water-solubility, speedy defoaming ability and long-term inhabitation of foam, that is,XP defoaming time is 5 s, and the time of sustained foam inhibition is 60 min. The XP defoaming time is about 6 s, and the time of sustained foam inhibition is about 50 min under the conditions of high temperature of 100 ℃ and strong alkali of pH = 14.
