摘　　要：利用问卷对我国图书馆用户使用国外商业数据库的行为和版权意识进行调查,发现多数用户认同版权保护,但仍存在一些侵权行为;而图书馆版权管理偏重数据库的使用,忽视培养用户的版权素养。图书馆在履行信息服务职能时,应提高内部版权管理的能力,培养用户版权素养,以规避国外商业数据库版权侵权风险。By focusing on library users＇ behaviors when using foreign commercial database and their cognition on copyright protection, this paper finds that the majority of users acknowledge copyright protection, but they also conduct some infringement acts ; by contrast, the copyright management in libraries emphasizes the use of database over cultivating users＇ copyright literacy. Therefore, it is recommended that when performing the func- tion of information service, libraries should enhance their ability to managing internal copyrights, cultivate the copyright literacy of users, thus to avoid the risk of infringing the copyrights of foreign commercial database. 4 tabs. 9 refs.
