摘　　要：国家图书馆进行中文书目规范控制已经有几十年时间,积累了大量实践经验,但是由于诸多原因,在中文团体责任者规范控制方面还有欠缺:著录规则执行不严格,参照体系与说明款目不完善,层级划分与国别(或地区)特征处理不一致,规范控制系统存在缺陷,对此,我们应该加强规则本地化研究、重视规范数据的整合与共享、完善团体名称规范的制作流程,深度挖掘名称规范数据的作用,让终端用户受益。National Library of China has accumulated rich experience in the authority control of Chinese bibliog- raphies from decades of practice, yet there are still some issues need to be further studied in the process of the authority control of Chinese group authors ： cataloging rules are not implemented strictly, authority headings and reference system are not perfect, the rating is not consistent with the processing of the features among nations or districts, and flaws exist in authority control.. It is suggested that to promote the process of name authority con- trol, more emphasis should be given to the research of authority standard localization, the integration and sha- ring of authority headings as well as the improvement of the flow of name authority of groups.. It is concluded that a thorough research on Chinese group authority headings will be beneficial to the experiences of terminal users, hence promote the application of name authority control. 1 fig. 5 refs.
