摘　　要："否则"作为关联纽带,是全句语义不可缺少的部分;它针对前半部分的语义重心,从假设为否的角度,起着强调或证实作用;此类复句前后部分并不存在严格意义的转折,建议归于并列关系类型。As the link between clauses, the paper presents Fouze（否则） is the indispensable semantic part in a compound sentence. Aiming at semantic focus in the former clause, Fouze（否则） acts as emphasis or confirmation from the angle of opposite assumption. Strictly speaking, there is no adversative discourse relation between clauses in this kind of compound sentence. Consequently, compound sentences with Fouze（否则） are suggested to be classified into coordinate clauses.
