摘  要:讨论了通道式辐射监测系统箱体结构设计的密封与支撑问题。根据安装结构要求,选用了P型密封条,对常用的密封结构进行改进,增加防水边槽。并介绍了气弹簧的组成结构和工作原理,设计了箱体支撑结构,对气弹簧的最小伸展力进行了计算,最后确定了气弹簧的选型方法。Sealing and supporting structure of the channel radiation monitoring system was studied. According to the structure installation requirements, the P sealing strip was chosen. Sealing structure commonly used was improved, and waterproof edge slot was added. Also the structure and operation principle of the gas springs were introduced. Frame supporting structure was designed and minimum extension of the gas spring force was calculated. At last, a proper gas spring could be chosen.
