摘　　要：在中法马江之战中法军是否"突然袭击"?多年来众多学者围绕这一问题进行了研究,却始终争议不断。或认为马江之战中法军是偷袭得果,或认为在战斗之前法军向清军发出了开战"照会",因此并非偷袭等等说法。通过对多方史料的仔细考证,或可以看出马江战役中法军并没有偷袭,而是对清军曾发出过开战书,对福建海军是一种公然的挑战。Whether the“surprise attack” made by French army in the Sino French war Majiang battle？Has always been a mystery .For many years ,many scholars have researched ,but controversy .Or that the French army Majiang bat-tle is stealth to fruit ,or that before the battle the French army issued a“note” to the war ,so not to attack ,and so to say .On the basis of previous studies ,through careful research on various historical data ,the French army Majiang battle did not attack ,but the Qing had issued a war book ,is a blatant challenge to the Fujian navy .
