摘　　要：通过对东莞市近20年来完成的地震小区划、地震烈度复核、活断层探测、地震安全性评价等大量资料进行收集整理,建立了基于ArcgIS软件的抗震设防数据库,并在ArcgIS平台上采用C/S架构,结合政府电子政务建设,完成东莞市抗震设防业务管理系统及审批系统建设,实现了抗震设防管理的程序化、规范化、数字化。Through collecting a large number of data about the seismic small regionalization, the seismic intensity check, the active fault detection and the seismic safety evaluations of Dongguan city in recently 20 years, we have established seismic fortification database that bases on ArcgIS. Applying C/S architecture and combining with E-government construction of Dongguan government, we set up the business management system of seismic fortification and approval system on the ArcgIS platform. We have realized that Seismic Fortification Management is routinization, standardization, and digitization.
